শর্তাবলী (Terms & Conditions)
- খারাপ/রিপোর্টেড/ভাঙা/ড্যামেজড পণ্যের রিফান্ড/রিটার্ন অ্যাপ্রুভ হলে সেই ক্ষতিপূরণ Vendor/Seller বহন করবে।
- অর্ডার গ্রাহকের উদ্দেশ্যে সেন্ট/আউট ফর ডেলিভারি হলে, পণ্য মিসম্যাচ/সমস্যা না থাকলে গ্রাহককে গ্রহণ করতে হবে। অকারণে ডেলিভারি রিফিউজ করলে চার্জ/ক্ষতিপূরণ প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।
এই শর্তাবলী Bazar Cai ওয়েবসাইট/অ্যাপ ব্যবহারের ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য। প্ল্যাটফর্ম ব্যবহার করলে আপনি এই শর্তাবলীতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন।
১) প্ল্যাটফর্ম পরিচিতি
- Bazar Cai একটি বাংলাদেশ-ভিত্তিক মাল্টিভেন্ডর ই-কমার্স মার্কেটপ্লেস।
- পণ্য বিক্রি করেন তৃতীয় পক্ষ Vendor/Seller; Bazar Cai অর্ডার প্রসেস ও সার্ভিস ফ্যাসিলিটেট করে।
২) অ্যাকাউন্ট ও ব্যবহার
- সঠিক তথ্য দিয়ে অ্যাকাউন্ট খুলতে হবে এবং তথ্য আপডেট রাখতে হবে।
- অবৈধ/ক্ষতিকর/প্রতারণামূলক কার্যক্রম নিষিদ্ধ।
৩) অর্ডার, মূল্য ও পেমেন্ট
- দাম/স্টক/অফার ভেন্ডর ও সিস্টেম আপডেটের ভিত্তিতে পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।
- অর্ডার কনফার্ম হলে নির্ধারিত নিয়মে ডেলিভারি/পিকআপ সম্পন্ন হবে।
৪) ডেলিভারি গ্রহণ বাধ্যতামূলক শর্ত
অর্ডার গ্রাহকের উদ্দেশ্যে সেন্ট/আউট ফর ডেলিভারি হলে পণ্য মিসম্যাচ বা সমস্যা না থাকলে গ্রাহককে গ্রহণ করতে হবে। অকারণে রিফিউজ করলে চার্জ/ক্ষতিপূরণ প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।
৫) রিটার্ন/রিফান্ড
- রিটার্ন/রিফান্ড যোগ্যতা ডেলিভারি/রিফান্ড/রিটার্ন নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী নির্ধারিত হবে।
- খারাপ/রিপোর্টেড/ভাঙা/ড্যামেজড পণ্যে রিফান্ড/রিটার্ন অ্যাপ্রুভ হলে Vendor/Seller দায় বহন করবে।
৬) দায়সীমা
- Bazar Cai যুক্তিসঙ্গতভাবে সমস্যা সমাধানে সহায়তা করবে, তবে তৃতীয় পক্ষের (Vendor/Delivery) কিছু সীমাবদ্ধতা থাকতে পারে।
- অনিবার্য পরিস্থিতিতে (Force Majeure) ডেলিভারিতে বিলম্ব হতে পারে।
৭) নীতিমালা আপডেট
প্রয়োজনে Bazar Cai যে কোনো সময় নীতিমালা/শর্তাবলী আপডেট করতে পারে। আপডেট প্রকাশের পর ব্যবহার চালিয়ে গেলে তা গ্রহণ করা হয়েছে বলে ধরা হবে।
Terms & Conditions
- If a refund/return is approved due to bad/reported/broken/damaged products, the cost will be borne by the Vendor/Seller.
- If an order is sent/out for delivery to the customer, the customer must accept it if there is no mismatch or issue. Unjustified refusal may incur charges/compensation.
These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of Bazar Cai website/app. By using the platform, you agree to these terms.
1) Platform overview
- Bazar Cai is a Bangladesh-based multi-vendor e-commerce marketplace.
- Products are sold by third-party vendors/sellers; Bazar Cai facilitates ordering and services.
2) Account & usage
- Provide accurate information and keep it updated.
- Illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activity is prohibited.
3) Orders, pricing & payments
- Prices/stock/offers may change based on vendor/system updates.
- Confirmed orders will be delivered/picked up per applicable policies.
4) Mandatory acceptance rule
If an order is sent/out for delivery, the customer must accept it if there is no mismatch or issue. Unjustified refusal may incur charges/compensation.
5) Returns/Refunds
- Eligibility is governed by Delivery/Return/Refund policies.
- If return/refund is approved due to bad/reported/broken/damaged products, the Vendor/Seller bears the responsibility.
6) Limitation of liability
- Bazar Cai will assist reasonably, but some limitations may apply due to third parties (vendor/delivery).
- Delays may occur due to force majeure events.
7) Policy updates
Bazar Cai may update these terms/policies at any time. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance.
